The 27-year-old pop star stepped out of her hotel wearing an irreverent mint green dress, but it didn’t exactly complement the blue-hued hair she’s been sporting as of late. Perry’s entire look came from Vera Wang’s runway, except a pair of cream-colored Christian Louboutins. She paired the very sheer chiffon dress with peplum (huge look for spring!) studded white vest with and white boy short-style undies.
