Next month Diane Keaton will receive the American Film Institute's highest honor: the lifetime achievement award. It was announced on Friday that Keaton will be the 45th recipient of the award at a gala tribute in Los Angeles on June 8. The event will air as a special on TNT later in June. 71-year-old Keaton won an Academy Award for her role as Annie Hall and has had three other lead actress Oscar nominations during her career. Former recipients of the AFI Lifetime Achievement Award include Jane Fonda, George Lucas, and Meryl Streep.
