Kendall and Kylie Jenner's fashion label says the copyright infringement lawsuit against the company is "baseless." The brand says it only sold two of the T-shirts featuring late rapper Tupac Shakur's image in them before the items were pulled from the marketplace. In a statement Sunday evening, the brand responded to the copyright infringement claims from commercial photographer Michael Miller who shot the images on the shirts, saying the images were obtained from a company that had a valid license to sell them. The shirts sold for $125 apiece before they were removed.
