After eating the kernels off the corncob, you can use the corn stock to make golden broth. Lifehacker reports, corn stocks are best complimented with garlic. The best part is that it's a vegan brother and can be used for soups, risottos, and sauces. This broth can be make on the stove or in a pressure cookie. It takes 4 corn cobs, water, 3 garlic cloves with skin, 2 teaspoons of salt, and 1 bay leaf.
