The need for sleep is one of the few common needs among all of humanity. But there are lots of myths surrounding our time in slumberland. According to Business Insider, sleep experts say that boredom doesn't actually make you tired. So if you can't sleep, don't just lie there, stressing. Rather, get out of bed and do something! Also, your body doesn't simply adapt to less sleep. We need enough sleep just like we need enough nutrition. And loud snoring isn't just something that's annoying. In fact, it often seriously compromises sleep. Loud snoring is actually a sign that there is a blockage in your throat!
