Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said they will not accept intervention from abroad. Lopez said his government will deliver justice to the victims of organized crime in Mexico. According to Reuters, there have been recent outbreaks of gang violence. Some are concerned the U.S. may intervene in Mexico to prevent the violence from spilling over the border. Lopez Obrador thanked President Donald Trump for his support but said his government could handle it.
