Russian airports are screening travelers arriving from China to try to identify those infected with the new coronavirus. In Russia, at least four airports have introduced screening measures to try to identify infected passengers. Deputy Health Minister Sergei Kraevoi was cited as saying that the virus is a threat to Russia. The World Health Organisation has said that the coronavirus outbreak, which has killed six people, will likely spread. Russia’s consumer health regulator has advised Russian tourists who planned to go to China to refrain from visiting. 298 people have been confirmed infected, up from the more than 70 infections reported on Monday.
